How Moving Tote Rental Works

Renting moving totes replaces buying cardboard boxes. We deliver sanitized, crush-proof plastic totes and rolling dollies to your door in the East Valley, south Scottsdale and central Phoenix, you pack and move on your own schedule, and we collect the empties when you are done. Here is the whole process, start to finish.

   Pick your package and dates

   Choose the package that matches your home size and pick a delivery date at least 2 days out. The calendar only offers dates we can actually deliver on, so anything you can select is a date we can meet. Every package includes 7 days, delivery, pickup, dollies and labels.

2. 2

   We deliver, no contact

   Your totes and dollies arrive by 9 AM on your delivery day, left wherever you told us at booking. You do not need to be home and you do not need to sign anything.

3. 3

   You pack and move at your own pace

   Snap the lids shut — there is no tape and no assembly. The totes stack five high without crushing, and the dollies are yours for the whole rental, so you can load a truck as many times as you need to.

4. 4

   We collect the empties

   Stack the empty totes and the dollies back in the same spot by 9 AM on your pickup day and we take them away. You never have to wash or sanitize them — that is our job. Just send them back empty: a tote that comes back excessively soiled — food or liquid residue, mold, pests or a strong odor — needs a deep clean and costs $3 per tote.

What a rental week actually means

The 7 days are measured hour to hour, not by counting calendar squares: the totes arrive by 9 AM on the first day and need to be ready for collection by 9 AM on the last. If you need longer, you can add weeks or days when you book, up to 91 days in total.

Extending later costs exactly what booking that time upfront would have cost — the same per-week and per-day rates, with no penalty for changing your mind. Extra days exist precisely so that needing two or three more does not cost you a whole extra week. Message us any time before your pickup day.
