Tote Relay is run from our warehouse at 1210 W Alameda Drive Suite 122, Tempe (opens in Maps). We deliver and collect every order ourselves; no third-party couriers. The warehouse is not open for walk-ins.

- Can you collect the totes at my new address?
- Yes. Choose a different pickup address at checkout; both addresses must be in our service area.
- Can I extend my rental?
- Yes. Use your booking link before your pickup day; the same extra-week and extra-day rates apply, subject to the rental length limit and successful payment.
- Do I need to clean the totes before collection?
- No. Return them empty; ordinary dirt is fine, but excessive soiling may incur a cleaning fee.
