SMS Consent

Tote Relay, operated by Kalisada LLC, sends rental-related text messages only to customers who separately choose to receive them during checkout.

How customers opt in

  1. A customer selects a rental package, dates, and delivery address.
  2. The Review & Contact Info step asks for the customer's phone number.
  3. The customer may actively check a separate SMS-consent box. It is unchecked by default and is not required to complete the booking.
  4. We record consent only when the customer checks that box and completes the booking.

Customers cannot opt in by texting a keyword. We do not purchase consent or accept consent collected by third parties.

Exact checkout disclosure

The disabled, unchecked box below reproduces the exact disclosure shown on the Review & Contact Info step. It is evidence of the checkout presentation, not an opt-in control.

Messaging program

  • Messages concern booking, delivery, pickup, and return updates.
  • We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
  • Message frequency varies with the status and duration of the rental.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
